Payment and Service Fees

Payment is due the day before your session.

Please follow the payment procedures on

the main menu Payment Tab.

  • Initial 1 hour session $200

  • Individual sessions thereafter $125

  • 1 hour

  • Family $2

  • 00 1 hour

After Hour Calls

  • After hour calls/emergencies are subject to the same hourly rate.

  • Should an after hours call be non-urgent, we will agree to the next business day or to the next scheduled session.

  • Should the call be of an urgent matter, I will assess the severity of the crisis and may direct you to calling 911 or to go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

  • Any reports or letters requested, will be at the same hourly rate fee.

Confidentiality

The patient/provider relationship is privileged and is protected by the law and ethical standards. Ordinarily no information can be released without your written approval. There are exceptions however, in the case of certain legal circumstances whereby a court can subpoena medical records. However, due to the patient/ therapist privilege there are certain protections should a subpoena occur. In addition, we are mandated to report to Protected Services when there is reason to suspect abuse of a child in care of an adult, and abuse of a disabled person. Please note that when you sign the Consent and Authorization Release form you are authorizing me to release information. If this is requested however, you and I will be specific as to the releasing of the information content.

Telehealth Instructions

I use Doxy.Me, a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform. When we schedule the appointment, I will email you a link to Doxy.Me. A few minutes prior to our session, simply click on the link found in your email, sign in, do a pre-call test to check for audio and visual. You will then be in the patient waiting room. Upon the beginning of the session I will see you in the patient waiting room and then I will be able to start our video call. Should you have any technical difficulty logging on, please send me a text (917) 246-0016, however Doxy.Me is reliable and easy to use.
